Expect your Saturday evening to remain gloomy, with the most rain south of I-70. This trend will hold for tomorrow.

Rain chances will ease as we start the work week, before returning mid-week. We still have questions on the exact timing and how much rain to expect, but the system moving in will pack a fair bit of atmospheric energy.

Windy Wednesday:

Wind gusts up to 35mph are currently forecast on Wednesday. These conditions could blow small branches off trees, move track cans and lawn furniture, and knock over pots.

Expect these windy conditions to bring wind chills down to the mid-30s, and perhaps even make it feel like freezing temperatures.
