WASHINGTON — A suspect is now in custody after being found linked to four offenses related to car-related thefts.
Nolan Jones, 34, from Northeast DC was arrested and charged with three counts of theft from a car, four counts of destruction of property, two counts of unlawful entry into a car and charged with stealing cars.
On Saturday, July 26, Metropolitan Police Department responded to the 4300 block of Ord St., Northeast after someone reported their car stolen on Wednesday, July 23. That's not far from the Kenilworth Recreation Center. The suspect entered the person's car and stole items and left the scene.
Then on Wednesday, Oct. 23 MPD's Robbery Suppressant Unit created a search warrant for 4300 block of Ord St. During the search, police found items of high value as evidence and
