Miley Cyrus goes shirtless under a blazer while stepping out for the Maybelline Serum Lipstick launch party held at Bar Marmont on Friday night (October 24) in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old Grammy winner joined several other celebs to celebrate the new lipstick from Maybelline New York , as well as her recently being announced as the brand’s new global ambassador!
