YOUNGSTOWN The Youngstown Police Department issued an "endangered missing adult alert" statewide.
The alert was issued on Saturday, with information current as of 8:12 p.m.
Sam Dubose, 79, is reported to have left his residence around 1:30 p.m. and not returned. Law enforcement is concerned for his safety.
According to the alert, Dubose left the area of Catalina Avenue.
Dubose is described as a Black male, standing 6-feet-3-inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds.
Additionally, Dubose is described to have black hair and brown eyes.
Detective Sergeant Jerry Fulmer of the Youngstown Police Department also issued a "Be on the Lookout" alert, indicating that Dubose has dementia.
