BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A woman has been arrested for promoting prostitution after an investigation into a Baton Rouge massage parlor, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said the investigation began in December 2024 after multiple complaints of prostitution and possible human trafficking at All Natural Massage, located on Jefferson Highway.
Authorities said a woman identified as Qin Xin was not licensed to perform massage by the LBMT. She was booked on charges of pandering and promoting prostitution.
According to arrest documents, the business also operated under several names at the same address, including Camation Spa, Yu Massage, Yu Natural Massage, and Vivi’s Lucky Spa.
