NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Another round of storms on the way for the early morning hours of Sunday that bring the potential for severe weather.
The threats for these storms are the same as what we saw on Saturday with the chance to see a few tornadoes, damaging wind gusts up to 60-mph and flooding.
We will still have a Coastal Flood Advisory and Small Craft Advisory in effect until Sunday at 7 a.m.
Taking a look at FUTURECAST at exactly what we are in for in terms of storms:
Band of storms will start creeping into our neck of the woods around 5 a.m. on Sunday then cross through our area until about 10 a.m.
Clouds will linger with us for lunchtime, but the afternoon will bring increasing sunshine across southeastern Louisiana and southern Mississippi.
