Dunelm is selling the 1500W Russell Hobbs Retro Ceramic Heater for £32 that is so energy efficient, it has a running cost of 33p per hour.

The Russell Hobbs heater comes with two heat settings with a 1500W maximum heat output, the website boasts it is 'perfect' for a room up to 15m squared.

It makes a great companion for winter months thanks to the ceramic heating element that 'quickly' converts energy into heat.

An alternative is the ExtraStar 1500W Portable Electric Heater from Debenhams for £12.79.
