Susan G. Komen 3-day walk raises thousands of dollars for breast cancer research

Stacy Thoma, who’s living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, is taking part in the event. “This event is very, very important, because my job is to live,” she said. “My job is to be a mother to these kids and a wife to my husband. And I can’t do that without the medications that Komen has funded.”
