PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Family and friends of Kada Scott gathered together Sunday morning to release balloons in her honor outside the Philadelphia Art Museum.

Police are still seeking accomplices to her murder .

Keon King is charged with kidnapping and murdering Scott.
