Cook broke free untouched for a 64-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter to give the Bills a 12-3 lead against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
Cook, who entered the game second in the NFL with 89.5 rushing yards per game, had 146 rushing yards on 11 carries, a 13.3 average, with 7:23 remaining in the first half. It's the best rushing half of any player in the NFL this year.
After Cook's long touchdown run, Cook has accounted for 77% of the Bills' 189 yards of offense. He has 112 yards before contact.
Cook has four 100-yard rushing games this season.
The Bills entered the game leading the NFL with 151.0 rushing yards per game.
