Celebrity Traitors star Stephen Fry was ‘minutes away from death’ after having ‘no life left in his eyes’, according to one of his close friends.

The former QI presenter was banished from the Claudia Winkleman BBC series in its latest episode on Thursday night (October 23).

Stephen was a popular presence on the hit new version of the gameshow , which sees the traitors looking to expose the traitors within their ranks.

Serving as a faithful since episode one, Stephen’s fellow faithfuls voted him off the programme due to believing the ‘big dog theory’.

With the likes of Joe Marler , Celia Imrie and Kate Garraway believing either him or Jonathan Ross had to be a traitor due to being a household name, Stephen sadly received the most votes at the roundtable.
