The center of the rodeo world was in the Town of Blythewood over the weekend when the 5 th Annual Blythewood Fall Championship Rodeo returned to the Prisma Health Arena on Oct. 24 and Oct. 25.

Thousands of fans were once again treated to an array of competitive events both nights as world-class cowboys, cowgirls and livestock gathered to test their skills in eight action-packed rough stock and timed events in hopes of earning qualifying points for the International Finals Rodeo in Guthrie, Okla.

Featuring fun, food and rodeo action, the lineup for the competition included bull riding, cowgirl barrel racing, cowgirl breakaway roping, tie down roping, saddle bronc riding, bareback bronc riding, team roping, steer wrestling, as well as a mutton busting event.
