Metro Vancouver’s little witches, ghosts and K-pop Demon Hunters will likely need a raincoat as part of their costume if they are heading out to trick-or-treat on Halloween night.

It’s too early to say whether it will be as stormy as this weekend but next Friday’s forecast does call for rain, according to Environment Canada.

Actually, get ready for a whole week of soggy and grey weather.

The federal weather agency says there’s a good chance of showers on Monday, followed by cloudy weather Tuesday and then more showers on Wednesday.

For Thursday and then Halloween on Friday expect rain and 13 C.

The agency has yet to post Friday night’s forecast but according to the Weather Network’s 14-day trend it will likely be “mainly cloudy with soaking rain for most of the night.”
