BART trains on the Richmond Line were experiencing significant delays in all directions on Sunday because of police activity at the El Cerrito Del Norte station.

An earlier BART advisory warned of delays of 20 minutes, before an advisory at about 2 p.m. said delays were major and ongoing.

There was no estimate given for when service would be restored to normal.
