Ex-Warren Central dance coach fired as teacher for bear crawl punishment

Parents allege the dance coach forced students to do bear crawls on a scorching track, resulting in second-degree burns to at least one dancer.

The dance coach resigned two weeks after the allegations emerged and was put on paid administrative leave from her job as a teacher pending further investigation.

The school announced this week the former coach had been fired from her teaching position.
