BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Rainy Stretch Continues: Rain chances stay elevated through tonight and into early Monday as that sluggish upper-level low finally begins to pull away to the northeast. Expect periods of showers overnight, with a few lingering into early Monday morning. By late in the day, drier air will begin to work in—so we should finally catch a break—but don’t be surprised if a few stray showers hang around to start the week.

Mid to Late Week: Another System on the Way: Tuesday looks like our breather. Clouds mix with sunshine, and most of the day stays dry. Then we gear up for round two.
