ROSENBERG, Texas (KBTX) - As “The Aggie War Hymn” began to play in the Fort Bend Epicenter Sunday, commemorating a Texas A&M men’s basketball 95-88 exhibition win over Arizona State, the group of newly-minted Aggie players and coaches looked at each other puzzled at how the ritual begins.

Getting legs properly interlocked and arms around shoulders proved an awkward and, at times, clunky task, but the group managed to hit their cue when the crowd that gathered in the arena began to sing about sawing Varsity’s horns off.
