SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Inspirational film stars came out for the second day of the SCAD Savannah Festival. SCAD students lined the walls to get a glimpse of those they look up to in the industry.

SCAD students inspired by industry professionals

With many famous actors walking the red carpet, one SCAD acting major said she was most excited to see someone who plays a different role in the industry.

“John M. Chu, even though he’s not an actor, I love what he does with making the sets feel real and not using green screen. I love that he likes to be practical and put his actors in it, because to me that’s so magical, being able to step into the world you’re in. So he’s kind of been a really big inspiration right now, just kind of continuing my passion and enjoying what I’m doing,” said SCAD
