Raptors' Scottie Barnes ties Vince Carter on Toronto franchise record list

Scottie Barnes remains one of the rising stars in the NBA.

For the Toronto Raptors , he's both the present and the future of what the Raptors can do in this season and the ones to come.

On Sunday, that meant a massive game for Barnes, even though it came in defeat to the Mavericks .

Barnes finished with 33 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. He shot 13-for-24 from the floor.

The Raptors still lost, though, 139-129.

Barnes did make some history in the process.

According to Keerthika Uthayakumar : "Scottie Barnes with his 10th career game with 30+ points, 10+ rebounds & 5+ assists, tying Vince Carter for second-most in Raptors franchise history."
