ITV crime drama Trigger Point has made its comeback for a third series with Vicky McClure returning as bomb disposal specialist Lana Washington.

The latest series, which includes Jason Flemyng in the cast, follows Lana and her colleagues as they probe a bomb threat that quickly emerges as the beginning of a dark vendetta: someone is hunting down specific targets and seeking retribution.

Collaborating with the Police Counter Terrorism Unit, the Bomb Disposal Squad must work frantically to locate the bomber before they strike again.

Within moments of Sunday's series premiere - which can also be streamed on ITVX - viewers were flocking to social media to express their delight at its comeback.
