A driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a fiery crash on I-10 near Washington Blvd., in front of the Tokyo restaurant, according to Beaumont Fire Department District Chief Scott Wheat.
The crash was reported around 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Emergency services, including police, EMS, and the Beaumont Fire Department, responded to the scene.
Firefighters extinguished the flames engulfing the vehicle, which left debris and shattered glass strewn across the road and parking lot.
Wheat confirmed the driver was transported as a Priority 3 patient, indicating non-life threatening injuries, though the specifics remain unknown.
