A mum has been left horrified after her three-year-old daughter's hair was ripper from her scalp in a traumatising ordeal, after purchasing a product online.
Amy, 36, said she bought the electric cleaning brush from Temu for £4 in a bid to "make life easier" with housework, however, in a distressing turn of events, she said it ended up being responsible for tearing her daughter's hair out.
The mother shared how the product got caught in her daughter's hair when she took it out of the box.
Amy told the BBC that when the brush arrived, her little girl picked it up and it just came on, the brush flew off.. and just sucked her hair in."
