KALMAR TOWNSHIP, Minn. — Olmsted County deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash around 10:50 am Sunday on Country Club Road and County Road 3 Southwest. One of the vehicles rolled onto its side and ended up in a ditch. The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office says two individuals sustained significant injuries and were taken to a hospital by ambulance. Byron First Responders and Mayo Clinic Ambulance provided assistance at the scene. Deputies say they found an open bottle of alcohol nearby. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
