Union Home Minister Amit Shah laid the foundation stone for the new Maharashtra BJP headquarters in Mumbai during his visit to the city. The event was attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis , party state president, and other senior BJP leaders.

Speaking at the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, Amit Shah called it a historic and auspicious day for BJP workers, describing the party office as a “temple” for its members.

“Today marks a new beginning for the Maharashtra BJP. Since the founding of our party, every worker has considered the office as sacred as a temple. For others, it may just be a building, but for us, it represents our principles and service to the nation,” Shah said.
