The Ministry of Railways has taken an important decision to improve passenger convenience. According to an order issued by the Railway Board, two major Vande Bharat Express trains have been granted experimental stoppages at new stations.
The decision, signed by Vivek Kumar Sinha, Joint Director of the Railway Board, was issued on September 30, with instructions for immediate implementation.
According to the Central Railway, the following trains will now stop at additional stations on a trial basis:
Hubballi–Pune Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20669/20670) – to halt at Kirloskarwadi station
CSMT– Solapur Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 22225/22226) – to halt at Daund station
