The Delhi Police on Monday arrested three people, including a Forensic Science student, for their alleged role in murdering a 32-year-old UPSC aspirant at Gandhi Vihar here.
The accused have been identified as Amrita Chauhan (21), her ex-boyfriend Sumit Kashyap (27), and Sandeep Kumar (29), all residents of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. Chauhan is alleged to have used her knowledge of Forensic Science and took inspiration from web series to execute and cover up the crime.

The case dates back to October 6, when a fire was reported at a fourth-floor residence in Gandhi Vihar. After extinguishing the blaze, police discovered the severely burned body of Ram Kesh Meena, a UPSC aspirant living at the address.
