SENATOBIA — Nearly three years after his disappearance, the search continues for a Tate County man whose case has seen little attention beyond his small North Mississippi community.

George Jackson Jr., 44, was last seen on April 6, 2022, around 1 p.m. in the 900 block of E.F. Hale Jr. Drive in Tate County. According to authorities, he was walking north at the time and has not been seen or heard from since.

Jackson is described as a Black male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing about 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
