LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The City of Little Rock, along with studioMAIN and other community stakeholders, was awarded a grant from Smart Growth America to enhance and promote historic West Ninth Street.
The grant includes $25,000 plus technical assistance valued at $20,000, which will help the city progress with the Downtown Master Plan by creating a walkable public art space, while also improving safety and accessibility for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists.
