JOHNSON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — Arkansas State Police (ASP) have released more details about the crash involving a cattle truck that killed two people on I-40 in Johnson County, Arkansas, on Oct. 25.
The ASP fatal crash report said that while westbound traffic was stalled on I-40, one vehicle rear-ended another vehicle, beginning a crash that eventually involved at least seven vehicles.
The two people killed in the crash were not identified in the report. At least four other people, including one child, were injured during the incident.
ASP first posted to Facebook around 7 p.m. on Oct. 25 that the agency was working a crash with multiple deaths at the 70-mile marker on I-40 westbound.
