A Norwegian Cruise Line ship collaborated with Greek authorities to rescue 63 people from the Ionian Sea on Oct. 22

At least 63 people have been rescued by a cruise ship after becoming stranded in the Ionian Sea.

On Wednesday, Oct. 22, Norwegian Cruise Line received a request from Greek authorities to assist in bringing over 60 people spotted in the Mediterranean waters to safety, USA Today reported.
