Police in West Lothian have issued an appeal for information after a series of housebreakings over a three day period.
The authorities are asking that anyone who may have saw anyone acting suspiciously in the Longridge, Fauldhouse and Livingston area to get in touch after four homes were broken into between Wednesday, October 22 and Saturday, October 25.
The first incident took place in Ridge Court, Longridge, at around 9.30pm on Wednesday, October 22. On this occasion high value jewellery was stolen.
Later that night, around 10.15pm, the occupant of a house in Main Street, Fauldhouse, woke to find a man in their home. The suspect ran off empty-handed and was seen to join two others in the street. READ MORE : Impact of charity’s work with older people in West
