ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) -- Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said his office, along with the FBI, ATF, and state ALE agents are working "around the clock" to identify everyone involved in a Halloween party shooting that left two dead and 11 injured over the weekend.
Nehemiah Locklear, 16, and Jessie Locklear Jr., 49, were found dead at 298 Dixon Drive just after 1 a.m. on Saturday, Wilkins said. Eleven other people between the ages of 17 and 43 were shot, including multiple teenagers.
Authorities said the two victims were not related. Wilkins said Monday that the case is progressing but emphasized that it's still ongoing and complex.
