LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) - Nebraska senior offensive lineman and starting right tackle Teddy Prochazka will miss the rest of the season with an ACL injury, head coach Matt Rhule announced Monday.

“Teddy is done,” Rhule said. “He won’t be able to play anymore.”

The Elkhorn native was hurt during the second quarter of the Huskers’ 28-21 win over Northwestern.

Prochazka returned to a starting role this season after missing the entire 2024 campaign with a knee injury suffered during fall camp. The 2025 season opener against Cincinnati was Prochazka’s first live-game action since Nov. 24, 2023.

This is far from the first season-ending injury Prochazka has sustained during his Husker career. He suffered knee injuries that ended his 2021 and 2022 seasons prematurely as well.
