GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Colorado Mesa University's Little Mavericks Learning Center has been quietly transitioning to new ownership.
"Access Early Education Foundation is a nonprofit, and we truly believe in making childcare accessible to all families who need care for their children," said Jennifer Knott, executive director of Access Early Education Foundation.
Knott says Little Mavericks — and Mini Mavericks — will become Little Adventures on Oct. 28.
"We kind of came in to take a look at the operations back in August. And so we're transitioning into the operation... part of the transition is that we're moving everything into one building and we will be able to operate a little bit more efficiently," she says.
