It was an exciting Friday evening as twelve youth from surrounding area anticipated their first day of hunting in the woods during the fourth annual “Caddo Youth Hunt 2025.” Saturday was the first day of the opening deer hunting season for youth.
Coordinator and spokesperson, Katie Kaber was excited that TTG Forestry Service and Caddo Sustainable Timberlines have teamed up once again with local guides and sponsors to bring their program to our youth to learn the sport of hunting. Crown Pine Timbers, a private landowner, has over 800,000 acres of land they lease to hunters and are made available for these youth to hunt.
