Duluth voters on Tuesday, Nov. 4, will choose representatives for the city at large on the City Council and School Board, for districts 2 and 4 on the council, and for School Board districts 1 and 4. Note that in the District 4 School Board race, incumbent Jill Lofald is running unopposed.
Voters will also answer a yes/no ordinance question on tenants' right to repair in residential rental property. The question reads as follows:
