KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — Police are conducting a death investigation after a man’s body was located in the middle of a street in Kannapolis.

Officers say they found 38-year-old Emmanuel Watson on Knowles Street.

Video posted on social media by Josh Harrington shows police on the scene investigating early Monday morning.

At this time, investigators say there is no obvious cause of death.

No additional information has been released at this time.
