BEDFORD — As temperatures drop, Bedford First Christian Church is inviting the community to stay warm this winter with a free coat giveaway on Saturdays, Nov. 1, 8, and 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The church, located at 1101 15th St. on the corner of 15th and K streets, will offer coats in a variety of sizes for anyone in need. Volunteers will be on hand throughout the day to help families find the right fit and ensure everyone leaves ready for the colder months ahead.

The giveaway is part of the church’s outreach efforts to support local residents during the winter season.
