LAKE COUNTY, Tenn. (WMC) - Austin Drummond, the accused killer of four family members in Lake County , will be moved to a state prison while he awaits his next trial.
Drummond appeared in court on Monday on unrelated charges he’s facing before he was released from prison.
Judge Mark Hayes said that Drummond’s behavior created problems for which he now demands law enforcement to deal with and tolerate.
Judge Hayes said Drummond had “quite the audacity” to oppose being moved after his previous actions.
He also mentioned the court found that Drummond poses a significant behavioral and security risk due to his previous actions while in prison.
