Michigan football and coach Sherrone Moore have dropped their appeal against the NCAA for its ruling in the case centered around the Wolverines impermissible scouting scandal.
The NCAA's Division I Infractions Dashboard shows Moore withdrew his appeal in the case on Tuesday, Sept. 29, and the University did the same a week later on Oct. 6. The NCAA's Committee on Infractions came out with its decision on Aug. 15 − hours later on the same day U-M announced it was going to appeal the decision.
