HERRIN — Somehow... someway... the Anna-Jonesboro Wildcats volleyball team dug deep and overcame a six-point deficit late in the third and final set to defeat West Frankfort Monday — 15-25, 25-23, 25-23.

Thanks to a 10-2 run to close out the match, A-J improves to 6-26 overall with the victory, but 1-0 in the postseason.
