Since the snowfall, which hasn't stuck just yet, folks have been looking to change over to their winter tires if they haven't already. Over at Muldoon Auto, they were busy keeping up with the rush, but it's no surprise to them. “Yeah. Permanent fund, Halloween, first snowfall. It always picks up, so yeah,” said Joseph Powers of Muldoon Auto. Luckily for them, it hasn't been too bad. “We've been able to keep our heads out of the water, so we haven't been too backed up.
