MOSCOW, Idaho — A prominent engineering facility in the Inland Northwest is receiving a major upgrade as part of a multi-state expansion plan.
Over the next two years, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories will construct a $50 million, 150,000-square-foot electronic device manufacturing facility on its Schwartz Campus on South Main Street in Moscow. The state-of-the-art facility, located next to the company's existing printed circuit board factory, will significantly enhance manufacturing capabilities.
The Moscow project is the largest investment in SEL's $90 million expansion plan, which also includes facility upgrades in Boise, Idaho, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
"Despite the recent economic and political volatility related to trade and tariffs, we remain optimistic about the future,"
