Cold temperatures and patchy freezing fog will slow you down this morning as you head off to work and school. Skies turn cloudy today ahead of some rain we're expecting for early Wednesday morning.

What We're Tracking

Conditions will be calm and mostly cloudy after any morning fog dissipates. Watch for slick spots on roads to linger in shady areas. Expect periods of rain and mountain snow tonight after midnight. Rain is likely through 9 a.m. or so on Wednesday around North Idaho. Drier conditions are expected on Thursday before another round of widespread rain arrives Friday into the weekend. Most of the rain will be on Saturday, so there's still a chance that trick-or-treating on Friday evening will be minimally impacted.
