QUINCY, MI. — Wendy Hilyard is a small-town girl from Ray, the Branch County town that straddles the Indiana/Michigan border, who learned to love cooking at the side of her grandmother.

Starting with a food truck in 2019, she now serves lunches weekdays and caters from her converted gas station at 44 W. Chicago St. in Quincy.
