ASHLAND, Va. -- After about a year-and-a-half of doing pop-ups and developing a wholesale business, Bravo Bakeshop has opened a brick-and-mortar cafe. The European-style bakery opened this month at 278 N. Washington Highway in Ashland.

Owner and pastry chef Liz Dillon said the introduction of a physical cafe brings the business closer to its customers and ushers in an expanded menu with the addition of coffee and more baked goods. Click here to continue reading on Richmond BizSense.
