The former Nashua man arrested last summer on arson charges after detectives say they were able to establish a connection between him and security videos provided by neighbors has been indicted on three charges related to allegations he set fires that heavily damaged two houses in the city’s Crown Hill neighborhood.
The Hillsborough County grand jury for October indicted David Vasquez-Larkin, 39, of Barrington, on two counts of arson — occupied or historic structure, both Class A felonies; and one count of stalking — domestic violence, a Class B felony that accuses Vasquez-Larkin of violating a court order prohibiting him from being on the property of a former partner, who resides at 64½ Arlington St., one of the two homes damaged in the fire. The address of the other house is 81 King St.
