CHICAGO, Ill. -- On Monday, court documents show that Adam Beckerink will be charged with his wife, Caitlin Tracey's, murder. One year ago, Tracey fell to her death in the stairwell of Beckerink's Chicago high-rise apartment building, and Beckerink sits as the only known suspect in her death.

The court documents include a warrant for his arrest, signed by a Cook County judge. Beckerink is accused of causing Tracey's death by throwing her over the railing of the 24th floor of the east stairwell of his South Loop building.

Beckerink pleaded no contest to do
