President Donald Trump this week said he recently underwent an MRI scan, but neither he nor his doctors provided any particular reason for undergoing the medical examination.

Trump revealed he had the scan while responding to a reporter's question aboard Air Force One en route to Japan on Monday, Oct. 27, USA TODAY reported.

Trump went to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Oct. 10 for what he called his "semi-annual physical." He had already had a physical in April. While he said the results were good, Trump didn't disclose why he had the scan.
