A 32-year-old Cochrane man is facing multiple charges after Ontario Provincial Police recovered a large cache of stolen property during a month-long investigation into a series of break-ins across the community.
Officers from the James Bay OPP detachments investigated several property crimes between early September and mid-October, following a series of thefts and break-ins reported at homes, commercial storage lots and industrial sites around Cochrane.

Stolen items included tools, electronics, wiring and other valuables, with some incidents also resulting in property damage.
Police say two search warrants were executed earlier this month — one at a home on Star Street on Oct. 16 and another on James Bay Road on Oct. 23.
